Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final once the order has been prepared or completed.
Refunds will not be issued for orders that have already been made or delivered.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it.

Catering Orders (Important)

Catering orders may require advance notice depending on size.
Large catering orders may require a deposit.
Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may be subject to partial or full charges.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.).
Once an order leaves our kitchen, we are not responsible for issues caused during delivery.
